Central Services is now processing volunteer/chaperone forms online. Volunteers should use the link below to enter their information. This process is more timely but please ask volunteers to complete this process 3-4 weeks before your event/trip. Central Services is no longer accepting paper copies of the volunteer/chaperone form. Please follow up with Ashlyn Baxter if you have any questions. This is a graphic that will hopefully help someone determine whether they need a background check or not.
Volunteers may have an ID made to wear when they are chaperoning an event. (completely optional)
Come to the school on Tuesdays and Thursdays – 8:30 – 9:30 a.m., sign in through the Main Office with your Driver’s License and see Odette Cammaratta in the Learning Commons. Once the picture is taken, I should received the ids in 1-2 days.
For more information about becoming a volunteer contact Ashlyn Baxter at firstname.lastname@example.org.
